County Council 2026 To-Do List
January 17, 2026 This is going to be a busy year at County Council. The following are some of the major items we have on our 2026 to-do list. BUDGET MONITORING: The 2026-7 biennial budget was narrowly balanced with optimistic numbers on some items on both the revenue and expenditure side. NEW COUNTY JAIL UPDATE
January 17, 2026 Preliminary site work on the new jail has begun at the site along Transportation Blvd in Garfield Heights.
